The Chef & The Sommelier:

Chef Alessandro Farinati brings a deeply rooted Italian perspective to The Grand Marsh, shaped by his upbringing in Vicenza and influenced by years of experience, travel, and tradition. His approach to cooking is grounded in simplicity, seasonality, and respect for the ingredient.

His wife, Laura Emme, leads the beverage program and overall guest experience. A certified sommelier with a love for wine, she bridges the kitchen and dining room, ensuring each meal feels thoughtful, welcoming, and complete.
